Each day, more than 100 employees arrive at the Pure Romance Offices in Loveland, Ohio, focused on providing support for our thousands of Consultants in the field. Whether packing and shipping the latest order, answering questions over the phone, planning the next Empowerment Summit, or brainstorming exciting names for new products, this is the team that works 9 to 5 so our Consultants don’t have to. Victoria Chester
Senior Vice President and CFO

Every company needs someone who’s focused on the fine print. At Pure Romance, that person is Victoria Chester. Armed with over 30 years of experience and degrees from the University of Cincinnati, University of Cincinnati Law School, and Harvard Business School, Victoria battles budget loopholes and unclear contract terms in a fight to ensure the company is as profitable as possible. Since joining Pure Romance in 2012, she has worked tirelessly with the company’s accounting staff, insurance agents, and legal team to make sure all T’s are crossed and all I’s are dotted. However, she says her true area of expertise is one with applications far beyond finance: good old-fashioned problem-solving.
